Distilled Essence is the first edition within a growing scent collection.

Each vial captures a conceptual essential oil distilled from transparent plants. Highlighting its ubiquitous presence in hundreds of plant species, I interpret this compound as the soul of the botanical kingdom.

The key ingredient, Linalool, central to familiar essential oils revered for aromatherapy, makes each application a direct sensory bridge to a therapeutic experience. Nature is a sanctuary for the human spirit, and this essence encapsulates that retreat. This fragrance was originally released at Sturt Haaga Gallery at Descanso Gardens in Los Angeles as part of the installation, Distilled Essence, in 2023.
